Help identifying a Bilstein AB 040 jack

I've had many, many German cars but don't remember what trunk this Bilstein jack came out of. It's marked AB 070. Has solid lift tongue, uses one lift/lower point. Notice the insert on the side of the tongue is only about 3" long while most run the full length. Definately not Porsche, MB, BMW or VW transporter and yet, it's pre-1963 but the tongue appears slightly longer than most VWs. Any help there? It's that AB 070 that is unique.
