Just received an email from the seller , he apologized for the shipment error and offered a $20.00 refund and to ship out a replacement camera . I replied that was acceptable and gave him my name and address again to hopefully mistake proof the transaction .

I also asked the question will the replacement camera be shipping from China or is it in a warehouse in the US . Will wait for an answer . And lastly I reiterated to provide a tracking number when he has one . Time will tell if this story ends well 😁

Things are moving in the right direction . I received an email from PayPal this morning acknowledging that a refund of $20.00 was issued to my account . Also received an email from the seller providing a new tracking number for a replacement backup camera . Unfortunately it is coming from China so will have to wait and see . Overall I think the seller has worked in good faith to correct the situation.
