And I am somewhat of an expert. I'm the first Douglas in six generations not to be an alcoholic. After seeing what I've seen, I decided not to go that way in life.

You have heard the phrase, one step at a time. Just keep at it, and stay sober. Sounds easy, but like sticking with a diet, it is not easy. We are pulling for you.
