Fries can go with different dips. Ketchup, country gravy (white), ranch dressing (Hidden Valley), or melted cheese.

I think ketchup ruins a hamburger, but I live with some that like it. For me, mustard and mayo, please. If fresh cut potatoes, I like Tony Chachere's creole seasoning, prior to or after, depending on how they are going to be cooked.
