Need eBay help- accepting an offer

Hey guys and gals I need some help . I have purchased from eBay many times but haven't sold anything until recently . My wife has various Barbie dolls she wants to sell .

She listed them on eBay in sets of 4-5 dolls with a price for the set . But she also stated in the listings that the dolls can be sold individually .

So this particular set is listed for $90.00 for 5 dolls . A buyer contacted me stating they wanted one of the dolls . The buyer is not in the US but gave me their name and address so we could get a real cost for shipping . Yesterday I provided the total cost to the buyer and they were good with it .

Now the issue: the buyer went on eBay last night and made an offer of 25.00 but eBay rejected the bid . How do I legally sell this one doll to this buyer ? I am not trying to circumvent eBay . As a seller I am clueless ☹️. Help please 😁

End the listing and relist the one the buyer wants with a Buy it now of $25, or whatever their offer was.

Did you accept international buyers in the listing? I have no idea why the bid was rejected based on info provided.

^^^^This^^^^ just remember you'll likely still incur listing / and % fees for the first, and it will cost you again for 2nd listing.

Because when you set up the auction you set a minimum offer price for the set and not an individual doll and that price is higher than $25 so ebay automatically rejected the offer. You can revise the listing and remove the one doll then just have the person paypal you the money for the one doll and ship it to them.

If you revise the original listing, that’s OK too. Just be aware that eBay might get pissed if you don’t relist the one you sell and just take a PayPal payment for it.

Use the eBay Global Shipping Program. You then only have to ship to some hub within the US and eBay takes of getting it to its overseas destination and customs. Buyer has to pay for that.

Closing this question . Today I deleted the listing for the group of dolls then relisted the one the buyer asked about. I informed the buyer of the new listing and one hour later I was informed by PayPal I had been sent money . So it worked out as planned . Thanks to all that chimed in thank you .

I usually tell them if it doesnt sell as a lot i will seperate. And I only do international through the global shipping program. You are new so maybe this is fun for you but after a while going out of your way for buyers gets old
