Typical PPOT over analysis - just research, understand, and follow local law. Pretty damn simple.

We are all, as individuals, beholden to local law.*

I hated leaving RFK after Dead shows Fred, thankfully we never got pulled over.

I just use a locked SKB case, once I am through the state I take it out. Fortunately I do not have to do it often.

This as well. I’d keep it in my center console, loaded and never think twice about it. In fact, I’m pretty sure that is what I did when I drove through MD. on a road trip once, not even realizing their laws.

That's how I was for years with a spoon in the unlocked glovebox when traveling... being a white guy and talking slow has it's benefits in the south ;). I don't think you can legally have a spoon in your vehicle in FL unless heading to "the range"... so no one ever does....

I haven't been to a real range since boy scout camp either :D

Was it not you who coined the phrase spoon Tabs ?

A poster confused Tabby's ramblings about real spoons with gunz... the rest is history ;)

I asked once... search on "spork".

As an aside....

I have a Kahr PM9 tea-spoon that is about to go on Spoon-broker. If anyone is interested, PM me, before I put it up.

Of course. And you know me, I support that notion 100%. But, again, none of us have the time and resources to make this stand if we get caught violating any local law, no matter how un-Constitutional that law may be. It sucks, but you know it's true.

Our power to fight these laws comes with our ability to form organizations through which to do so. I support many of those organizations. I am not, however, going to "take one for the team" and get arrested for violating some bullschitt, un-Constitutional law, and wind up depleting my resources fighting it. And possibly losing my gun rights, if only temporarily. That's not the way to go about this.

First of all you have to differentiate which one is for fun and which one is your gun..once you determine that it becomes pretty obvious.
