Anyone "Glued" Castors to a Cart?

I have a heavy, stainless portable sink. It's self contained and has tanks for clean water in and one for dirty water.

One of the casters went bad and has to be replaced. I was going to replace all four wheels so that the new ones would all match but when I went to remove, I discovered that they are glued to the cart, not bolted.

I decided that gluing the new ones would be better than drilling holes but I'm wondering what type of glue would be strong enough - JB Weld, other epoxy?

I'm open/looking for suggestions.

I'll have to take a photo. Unfortunately, I already pried off the old casters but the glue marks are still there and it looks like epoxy so it will be a job cleaning it all off.

The second photo of the inside of George's frunk is "interesting". Lots and lots of constructor set scaffolding.
I think he tried to reinforce the floor area.
