Vintage Cars as “Asset Class”
https://wolfstreet.com/2020/09/19/asset-class-of-vintage-cars-during-the-pandemic-sales-at-high-end-on-ice-after-steep-price-drops-earlier-in-the-year/
Vintage cars have held up okay as an “asset class”.

In 2006 I got a signing bonus that was enough for a 512BBi (back then). I thought of buying one. Bought a house instead. Bad investment decision.

Bright side: It's hard to sleep in a Ferrari. The seats don't lean all the way flat.

I once told a RE agent that I could sleep in a Ferrari. And it would be more fun than a similarly priced house. She didn't seem too happy.
