and... POW !!

We already do, in many flavors, 3g, 4g, now 5g. Those folks shield their heads from the phones they use. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/lol2.gifhttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/lol2.gif

Darned tree huggers...make up their own junk science. Pretty soon, they will tell us that the world will end in 10 years...like they did 20 years ago

In case anyone was wondering what point I was trying to make with my obtuse post, it is that 5G poses no risk to humans.

Remember when the rumor that cell phones could trigger fires at gas stations made the rounds? It seems silly, now but it was a real fear back then. I even had people challenge me at the pump and one threatened to call the cops on me for an imagined violation of some sort. There has never in the history of human kind been a gas station that caught fire from someone using a cell phone. Likewise, not a single person in the course of human history has ever developed cancer through cell phone use. Like a cell phone call sparking a fire, there is literally no way physics as we understand it could cause a fire or trigger cancer. Cell phone signals simply don't work that way.

So, the risk of 5G equals the risk of using a cell phone at a gas station, which is zero. That was my point.

A problem with increasing the power of antennas is that we're not just exposed to our own antennas (cell phone, router...) we're also getting all the neighbors' electromagnetic waves as well, and at some points it adds up. Also as someone wrote here the tests are being made on small rodents which life expectancy is short, so we never know what effects it produces over 60 or 70 years. Already one out of two women is having cancer in their lifetime, that's seriously a cause of concern.

Additive interference is real, but it has to be engineered just right for that to happen. It's how the commi's in Cuba were listening in on foreign diplomats, using Rf.

The key to long term affects, is "long term". It takes lots of time to be able to record the subtle affects.

I do find it baffling that if high power density can cause cancer's or do other bodily harm, then low power density won't?

We are bombarded by low energy crud from space all the time, I guess we just accept that if that radiation is part of the human ~100yr max life expectancy, then so be it, we can't stop that radiation from space.

Without any harmful radiation at all, perhaps humans would eveolve into 200yr(max) species? We'll just never know, nor will we be going to Mars.

Did you hear, Elon Musk just launched the 1st 60 of 12,000 LEO satellites so that he can blanket the globe with "fast internet access" for everyone. Imagine all the additional Rf being transmitted. Nobody ever uses a directional Yagi ;)

high power density at the right freq. can cause cancer - it ruptures chemical bonds

at lower freq.s, what is the carcinogenic mechanism proposed?

it is plausible that lower freqs. could cause some alterations in cellular function

or move the metal filings in your head around

Poppycock. Those are very low power, and the the old inverse square of distance is real and measurable. People go get an MRI and get mega doses of electromagnetic radiation and fancy computers can make images from the readings, and yet there is zero harm done. It is not like x-rays or gamma rays. That is nuclear radiation. Different thing entirely.

Those appear to be Scala brand CDMA or GSM arrays, BTW (useless trivia)

Island, the Commission is going to be mighty mad at your for posting pictures of their favorite toy!

It will kill us. To many people are distracted by their phones while driving and plow into things and people.

I have a Apple 5G with facial recognition coming next week
What could go wrong ?

It may not recognize you after a night out drinking and you can't call for a taxi.

Yes I know, but people need to know about the additional problem of 5G phase transforming dihydogen monoxide emissions. That dihydogen monoxide is some real killer stuff. And putting it the air like that... Sure, everyone is wearing their Covid masks, but they really need to be wearing TWO masks to protect themselves now.

Think of the children!

GH85Carrera 10-20-2020 04:57 AM

Yep, that dihydogen monoxide is a strong acid, and dissolves almost everything and anything. It can eat away an entire mountain. Thousands of people die every year from it. It destroys millions of cars every year and cost people lots of money.
