R Webb...just for you
On my history of the T bucket thread, you posted this: "thx for not posting a pool thread!"
So in honor of your helpful advice, I'm posing a link to a great pool video. Video made by a retired mechanical engineering prof. who loves pool, is fascinated by it's geometry and physics. He goes as "Dr. Dave". In this video, he shows footage of some of the most amazing shots make by pool professionals during tournaments...then figuring out the techniques used, he attempts to replicate them on his home table. As he reminds us in the video...these pros did the shots on the first attempt...with cameras and crowds watching, under the pressure of competition. Sorry to bore you with the T bucket history and the connection to the Emory family....not! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-mAxW0k5Qk&feature=youtu.be

It will remain as long as I post here.) Last edited by pwd72s; 11-18-2020 at 06:44 PM.. Reason: link and additional thought |
