The factory Weber thermometer in the lid is pretty damn accurate.
I’m testing it against several probes. Thus is smelling good, but I can’t help feeling like I’m playing a game of “standing rib roast CHICKEN’. It’s a total crapshoot when I hit temp. Dinner is on the table at two. Fingers crossed! It’s gonna be a nail-biter. Happy thanksgiving. Folks. |
Just as an FYI, they served lobster at the first Thanksgiving.
