Do you have a favorite Christmas Decoration?

A few years ago I had an unexpected package delivered just after Thanksgiving. I knew my daughter loved me, but even if I'd ever had any doubts this would've dispelled them.

Not my favorite but follows the OP theme above

My favorite is a very simple nativity scene with 4 figures made of flour salt water and oil "clay" that my wife made the second year we were married. We were dirt poor (couldn't even afford dirt). Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus came out wrong but we laughed about how it looked and loved it so much. Later that day she made the cutest little lamb. Precious memories of our lives, love for each other (almost 40 years) and our celebration of our faith.

I have a tree Ornament that is was made by my grandmother for me. She was a gifted seamstress and made me a stocking for Santa when I was a kid that is hand sewn and hanging over the fireplace now. However that ornament I love so much was made near the end of her life, when she had only one eye that worked at all, and the vision in the remaining eye was very poor. She tried to make a mouse with a stocking, but it is one lopsided funny looking mouse that looks like someone on LSD made it.

She wanted to make something for me for the first tree at my new house. Damn it, I seem to have something in both eyes now. I can feel the love she had for me in that silly ugly ornament. I would not sell it for a million bucks.

Two. Paw print from my deceased black lab. And a piece of art that I traded a half rack of beer to a dope smoking lunatic.

Nothing fancy, just clear acrylic ornaments allowing the tree lights to shine through.
