Garage Storage/Work Area Conundrum

I've put a deposit down on a yet to be built unit in a commercial area.

I'm going to buy second hand heavy duty shelving like in bulk buy supermarkets or handyman supply places, then twenty or maybe thirty big plastic containers like they have at fish markets, and have them tidily stacked on them. Ill have this all the way along one wall. then an orderly work bench. It's the clutter, things everywhere, that drives me balmy.

And a space for the 911's hoist!

$458,000.00 is a lot to pay for a place to park the car, but it's very close to my house. And with the organized, tidiness aspect, I feel like I'm buying back my sanity.

Also I could lockup and leave everything I own in it and go overseas for a year.
