Lost his cap...and only 3 showers/week...sorry!

Suing for a quarter million. They should shoot him for suing.

He should be flayed alive with a salt crusted knife.

Why even allow the suit to be submitted?

He should be allowed more than three showers. But each one is with prison top dog Kosta.

Yes, he should be cremated and his ashes flushed down the toilet.

The case has already been dismissed because he didn't pay the filing fee. It was dismissed administratively by the court clerk, so this particular case didn't cost the system much, if anything. If he does pay the filing fee the case won't go anywhere. As you can see from the article, he doesn't have a lawyer. On an individual basis it won't cost the system much. It will be assigned to an attorney who is already employed by the Department of Justice and simply added to his caseload. The judges and other pieces of the judicial system are already in place and on salary. This would be just one more case added to the existing caseload. There isn't much incremental cost to a single additional case.

On an aggregate basis pro se prisoner litigation does cost the system a fair amount, but procedures have been altered to streamline their handling and reduce their burden. Pro se prisoner litigation has been fairly steady over the last several years. Most prisoner litigation is actually over habeas corpus (post-conviction relief) rather than civil rights lawsuits. Habeas corpus litigation is more burdensome to the system than civil rights claims.

Easy solution; move him out of Florence and into the genpop at another non supermax prison.

A Frikking POS who has already cost the taxpayers too much and overstayed his welcome.
