There was a time in my life that I enjoyed such things, then age and a few years of high stress and it caught up to my body.

Ten years of controlled diet and exercise later I can only say, it's easier to stay in shape than it is to get into shape.

Enjoy your booze, but know that it lowers your testosterone, and it takes a lot of work to get those levels back up.

Enjoy it now, pay for it later.

I had to go low gluten, a normal beer like the ones you enjoy would bloat me for weeks, and that would just be from a half a beer.

PBR for me, once or twice a month.

And I split the can with my wife.

Have never been over 155 since. (I'm at 5' 9" and 150 now)(67 yo)
Not too worried about a couple beers. Activity/exercise does wonders.

I'm jealous, and wish that I had your metabolism.

I think that people who stop drinking altogether die earlier than those who indulge in moderation.

I've had their 'Soft Parade'...it is good, but my fav of theirs is the 'Huma Luma Licious'.
It's very similar to Bell's Two Hearted, but a little more hoppy.

Their brewery in Bellaire is really unique. A little hard to find..but a fun/busy place.

Browns and Lions have won four national championships each before we were born and when we were wee tykes.

All I gots is The (Byner) Fumble and Red Right 88 since.

Meijers has so many craft beers..it's ridiculous!
Last week I bought a 4-pack of Blushing Monk from Founders at Meijers. Had never seen it in stores before.

I’ve found that the further north I go the better the craft beer. Bells is one of my favorites. New Glaurus which is only sold in WI is epic. So I’m sure this is good stuff. Hope I see it down here someday.
