Beets

List was large as a child. Including most veggies and potatoes. Last night, we had baked potatoes. And I enjoyed mine. Wouldn't have happened before age 20 - 30.

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Spaghetti

The last one is a function of being poor for years, we ate an abundance of spaghetti noodles with Ragu sauce. No meat because meat is expensive. Ugh.

I must have been a vampire in my last life. I can barely stand garlic in some foods. If my wife has been lunching with her friends she always takes the opportunity to indulge and I get to endure the reek of garlic emanating from her pores that night.
Burn it with fire!

Organ meats for sure. Coming from an immigrant Italian family I could not understand why you would need to eat certain things such as tripe or brains especially when they are scooped from a sheep's head at the dinner table, Capozella.

Everything else is fair game. Oh, except goat, and yes, I have tried horse.

Wow, interesting thread.

Liver is pretty much it for me. Evidentially, the part of Spain my Mother's family is from liver (higado in Spanish) is enjoyed in many different ways.

So, at least once a week growing up, I had PPJ while the rest of my family ate Salchicha de higado (Liver Sausage), Salchicha de higado con trufas (Liver Sausage with Truffles) like is was chocolate.

Freak show.
