On a side note, what is a decent source for viewing number of vaccines distributed vs number of vaccines administered for each State?
|
Here in South Carolina, DHEC publishes the numbers of vaccines given vs. supply. I don't know about nationwide.
The gov. toured one of the vaccine sites yesterday and they had only used 60% of vaccines. He told them if they didn't speed it up he would order them to cancel elective surgeries so they would have staff to handle the vaccinations. Edit: Here is the CDC site on it US VACCINATIONS BY THE NUMBERS People that Received the 1st Dose 12,279,180 Total Doses Distributed 31,161,075 chart icon CDC | Updated: Jan 15, 2021 as of 9:00am ET |
Here. Just below the map click on Covid-19 Vaccinations in the United States to see sortable numbers by state. Due to the holiday the data was last updated on Friday.

The way it's done in FL is using this site.... https://www.flshotsusers.com/ |
I've just seen that there are slightly different age recommendations for each vaccine. One is 16 yrs and up the other 18 yrs and up. Does anyone here have any info on if this really matters?
