Toni Basil...mainly a dancing/acting talent. Primarily a dancer...now a choreographer. Hired by directors to teach today's kid to do 60's dances. This a video of her 1980-81 one hit wonder...#1 on European charts. She was born in 1943...was 38 or 39 when she made this. That's a replica of her Las Vegas High school (class of '61) cheerleader's sweater...she can be spotted in movies..early 60;s beach movies, Easy Rider, others...Tarantino hired her to choreograph the "day in hollywood" thing to teach today's dancers how to be go-go girls...

I remember watching Shindig and Hullaballo on TV as a kid.

Me and my little friend enjoyed the Go-Go dancers as well as the girls in school wearing white boots and miniskirts ;)

Watch again...I have the suspicion that they actually used two dancers in the video..
