I agree with Nick.

Jeff B. let politics get in the way of helping.

My wife and I got our first round of the Pfizer vaccine. Giving the shot is easy, and pretty fast.

The slow part is getting to the site (95 miles each way for us) then getting into the building with the other people that had an appointment at the same block of time. Get through that line, hand in the 3 pages of documentation we had to fill out. Show that to the first table. Then go to the second table for an interview and paperwork check. The next guy give me a card with the injection information on it for me to keep until the next shot. The shot took seconds, then go sit for 15 minutes.

It took most of an hour to get in and out.

In a letter sent to Biden Wednesday, Amazon (AMZN) executive Dave Clark wrote that the company "stands ready to assist" in vaccinating 100 million Americans in the first 100 days, as Biden has pledged to do.
As part of that offer, Clark highlighted that Amazon has more than 800,000 US-based employees — most of whom work in essential roles at Amazon fulfillment centers, AWS data centers, and Whole Foods Market stores — and these workers "should receive the Covid-19 vaccine at the earliest appropriate time."

^^^ I think that is fair.

Really? Pay for play?

I can't get a schedule for a shot for my 93YO father-in-law. Maybe he can get a job with Amazon.

BS. You would see it that way. Dems can be so oblivious... can't see beyond the nose on their face or connect the dots.

He's "offering to help" and wants ALL his employees vaccinated "in return" for his effort/commitment to the cause.

All he's doing is angling for vaccination for his entire workforce so they can keep doing their regular jobs... aka, "help us keep our profit margin as high as possible" (and we'll continue donating to Dem causes).

The new administration could fall for it, but I'm betting even they will see right through it.
