after coffee...coffee coke

Just finished with the snowthrower ....about 5-6 inches of heavy wet snow last night.

Too warm for another cup of coffee...this stuff is great on ice. Only 70 cals/can.

Is that a new product? They made a coffee coke years ago, but it did not sell and they stopped making it.

It's new. They already had their line of Coke Energy drinks in similar cans. You could only find them in the store at the check-outs in the little fridges.
I asked a cashier once about why they weren't stocked in the reg aisles. She said Coke was targeting people that wanted extra energy as soon as they got in their cars...lol

These can be found in the reg aisle....usually on the end-cap. (not chilled) This can is caramel flavored coffee. They have others.

Make coffee. Add adulterants. Pour over ice. Done.

When I was around 6 or 7, dad took me to the office while he worked on a Saturday morning. Nothing to drink there, so he gave me coffee+sugar over ice. I wonder how well that worked for him (caffeinated hyperglycemic child).

I still remember going with my father to the local coffee shop.
There was always a dish on the table with large sugar cubes.
I was allowed two at the most...heaven!!

Late 60's pre-sugar packets.

That's about the same timeframe my grandpa would be drinking iced coffee, when he came to visit.

Coffee and sugar do not mix. Ever. In our home its coffee until time for wine. A couple glasses of water in between sure. Nothing more. Zero soda - that **** will kill ya dead!

Nope $3.99 qt $20 for 4 qts

Since it made local to me it's even cheaper in the grocery store.

I was checking on Amazon....never seen it locally for sale.
I'm sure Amazon isn't the cheapest place to buy it! $3.99/qt sounds a lot better.

Drew Carey invented coffee beer

You can drink as much as you want, and the caffeine keeps you awake to keep drinking more

^^^ I remember drinking those also...they weren't bad at all.
I wonder how the caffeine content on those compare to the energy drinks of today?
