How do I tell my gf she needs to lose weight?

To me her face is a 10 but she’s put on some weight. How do I tell her w/o getting my a$$ kicked out? I’m no waif myself but I don’t have one look at me if I don’t wanna.

Benefits both.
Although weight is a balance of calories in and calories out.
Even if weight isn't lost as eating increases to match, fitness might still rise.
Depends on quality of food consumed though.
If empty except for colories, might not go well as the body will be hungrier for a wider variety of nutrients with greater exercise.

I wouldn't even go there. I don't like my gf eating habits or her food choices. We couldn't be more different. While I eat fish, green food, salads, she is eating fried foods, heavy casserole, high carbs and pasta, she will comment - you eat so healthy. My diet is Mediterranean based, hers is southern based - big differences. I do encourage her to eat healthier - she has stomach issues. I even suggested a dietitian. I'm not winning on any of this.

I think I would encourage walks or biking. At least that is what I'm going to try. I will let you know how that goes.
