How did you tell your wife you bought a 911?

Amazon did it for me

Hello, my name is Jamie and I just bought my first Porsche, 1988 911 G50. Usually she knows another car is coming when the hat shows up

A nice "All inclusive Wellness-Wekend"-present 6 times in the year will make her totally calm and happy – trust me – happy wife, happy life.

If you can afford to buy, fly and maintain a Cherokee six then a Porsche is like buying a bicycle no big deal.

When I bought the GT4 it went something like this...."I think I just bought a GT4 today, well at least made a commitment pending PPI and such." Wife..."Cool. Where are we going to pick it up"?

My wife came with me when I went to look at the 911 I have owned for 26 years now. She said she know I was going to buy it when she had to use several paper towels to wipe the drool from my chin.

The price was just loan value, and I could not get my checkbook out fast enough.

I always say, happy wife and you get to keep half your ****.

I’m lucky my wife puts up with my bad jokes and antics.

She jokes that I can bring as many Italians home I want as long as they don’t have boobs. But this will be my first German.

If it’s mechanical and in my hangar or garage I’ll wrench on it. Airplanes are amazingly simple machines.
