This is how crazy the world is . We sold a 1972 Irish green S targa sportomatic car. Total basket case pa rust restoration candidate . We bought our first house with the money . That was 15 years ago ( although I had 2 houses of my own before I partnered up )
I should have restored the s instead of the house , but they are worth about the same now , and the house has paid for itself 5 x over at this point .
