OMG. Any landlords using TurboTax? We can’t E-File??

This seems crazy, but I don’t see the way out.
So, basically if we use the “safe harbor” for the Qualified Business Deduction, we have to MAIL file our returns??
Mine is hundreds of pages long, plus hundreds more for State.
Any landlords or accountants know about this?
Please tell me I’m reading this wrong, or missing something or some way out of this. I’d really like to efile, rather than mail. /sad face/

Edit: It seem like one way out is to take the 162 trade or business QBI *without* using the safe harbor. On TTax you don't claim the safe harbor, but then the next screen asks if its entitled to the 162 QBI deduction anyways. If you say yes, it still applies the deduction, but without claiming the safe harbor, and I believe you can then efile.
