Looks good! You're a great friend to do this and put so much love into the effort. The results show!

At home now. My friend was so happy with the way the Roadrunner looked, he said it looked like a show model and put it in a display case.
I had a lot of fun building this one for sure. I apologize for so many pictures but I hope y'all enjoyed them. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

You are the expert. And I am in awe. But if I can contribute in some way....
A dremel with the appropriate bit is handy for carving out unavailable parts like front grills, lights etc. |

Very cool. One of the first bodywork and paint project I did with my dad was on a MOPAR 440 car ('70 Charger R/T). I really like the wheels.
In a similar vein, there is this thread on the 911 Technical forum. I am going to bump it for an update. https://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/1074033-1-8-scale-porsche-rsr-2-1-turbo-1974-a.html

Thanks for the tip Bill. I used an X-acto knife and carefully trimmed the center section out. I kept test fitting the insert to see how it would fit and then trimmed accordingly being careful to not get into the inner headlights. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
