I've been taking C, D3, E, and Zink since covid. Allergy pill when needed, mostly so I don't cough and freak others (and myself) into thinking I have covid.

I honestly can't remember the last time I've taken a pill, or why? A few decades at least ... nada.

At 62, I take 5. One for an inactive thyroid, one for cholesterol, one to sleep and two for anxiety.

Until last month, it was three.

My mom was up to 27 pills a day and two shots when she went into the nursing home to die. She had been taking the pills for years, but the injection were recent. Most of her budget was spent on medications...yet I really cannot imagine any helped her as much as losing some weight would have. Personally, I avoid doctors and pills as much as possible...other than a coloscopy every 5-10 years...and that is enough of a pain in the butt for me.

Does it count if I crush them up and snort them? Asking for a friend.

My mother took vitamins for years. I wonder how much she spent on them. Its an unregulated industry. Who's to say how much is really in the pills. Not a fan.

Oh, yeah, this is one thing I don't want to win at, but I guess I do.

I take 12 pills a day and a shot every other week. I'm 62 with a 4 heart attacks, 3 stents, a quad-bypass, and actually died from Sudden Cardiac Death. Woo Hoo : - )
