I take a vitamin if I remember to, a baby aspirin every once and a while because it seems like a good idea. |
The only pill I take that doesn't reveal symptoms if I don't take it is a blood pressure pill. It's 145 w/out the pill, 125 with it. But I can't tell unless I test BP.

I'm down to 2 Rx pills per day for auto immune crap and weekly allergy shots which are new to me. I do an iron supplement when I remember. My cardiologist says I should do an aspirin every day again when I remember.

The wife is 66 and is taking one to increase bone density after breaking her forearm and a hip. Three vitamin supplements too. She goes through a lot of pain killers at times. Maybe I'm the pain. Best Les |

I'm 66. About ten per day.
Lisinopril (BP) Metroprolol (AFIB beta blocker) Rosuvastatin (Statin) Metformin X2 Times (Mild type 2) Meloxicam (Hip ostea arthritis) Eliquis X2 times (AFIB blood thinner) Prescription strength stomach calmer (lack of a better term) to offset meloxicam gastric risk Tylenol on occasion - up to four extra strength split between two times but try not to take any Interesting everything(numbers) is decent after bypass surgery last year. Bad cholesterol was 70 in Feb and 100 in Sept. 100 is normal but I was not dieting for six months. Doc says I want you at 70 so no placque forms and your body in fact strips it away. Back on a diet I went. |
