Show up with the biggest truck you have with the biggest snow blade. Get their permission and give notice to the occupants. :)

Half the reason I love that show so much , is that it is relate able to the park next door .
The one guy, my age does all the maintenance . He totally reminds me of randy sans gut . The first time I saw that show , I peed myself laughing . All the characters , are right here.
The guy who supervises now , is pretty straight laced, but when I moved here, he was a hard drinking trailer park supervising sob. He helped me dig water lines for my building when I moved in, and he was a drunken stooper operating a backhoe the whole time .
God Speed Mr Lahey .
I always thought Losco would have ran the park better thoughhttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1618248500.jpg

Those evicted by the new owner will not have the means or money to move their single wide. They will just walk away. Developer will have to pay big to get trailers removed and disposed of. I've seen it happen.

You advertise them as "free for the hauling" and someone will snag some of them. The older, smaller ones make great huntin cabins.

We once bought a 50 unit park for a larger project so I got a real education on mobile home parks. The scope of the project involved clearing the park so this took a long time but we had good lead time.
Older mobile home parks can be fantastic rental properties. Once a renter moves in their unit, you have basically captured them as it is very expensive to move the unit to a new site. If they move out without the unit they either sell it to another new tenant or abandon it (then you get to rent the unit and the lot or collect lot rent from the new owner). Usually an excellent income stream for as long as you can stand it. Major expenses are the water and sewer systems that constantly need maintenance and the County Health people can be a bother.
Mobile homes are generally considered to be personal property, sort of like an automobile, unless the intention is to make it a permanent improvement to the lot. Most of the old single wides have asbestos in them, usually in the roof sealant paint that was widely used for a long time. (but that is not an issue if they remain in place). After relocating all the occupants we ended up having an environmental services company come in and remove the contaminated roofs ($$$) and hauled out the remains to a landfill. We managed to salvage one double wide unit and relocated it to a new site (too much $$$ in the end, never again). We had had a plan to resell them but with all the environmental considerations that plan was scrapped by reality.

Everything I've come up so far with would result in radioactive fallout, so no help here.
