Yep, it has been torn down, the city never did what they agreed to, and since the pos kahnman owner of the jags wants another waterfront city property, they tore this down and planted grass so they can do a land swap for the other green space park that the city literally let go to hell.
Very sad that the mayor is in the pocket of the owner of the jagwads.
