I bought the iceco jp40. It has the danfoss compressor , the same as the high end ones, but lower cost. I guess it would be considered a midrange fridge. This was $530 vs $900 for a domestic about the same size. I’ll also have to live without being able to Bluetooth it to my phone.

Well I’ve had the Gladiator for 6 months now, and 4,000 miles. As would be expected no problems so far. I’m averaging 18.4 mpg according to the onboard computer over those 4,000 miles. I don’t know if that’s accurate or not, but I’ve noticed it started getting better recently. So I guess it’s broken in now.
Still like it, it’s handy. I haul gas for the boat quite a bit, it’s $3.55 for ethanol free at the station vs about $4.50 at the marina. And I’ts nice to be able to throw golf clubs, guns, and other things I’d rather to be out of sight and somewhat secure. At least to run into a place for a few minutes. Well Matt, do you still have yours? How’s it holding up?
