I believe it does, but try selling it in that condition. The car can be driveable and almost worthless.

Shouldn't do the bicycle thing, more like armored vehicle. Ideology along your lines says we should all pony up and put him in a free new ride. You start with your contribution to the JYL vehicle fund.

I'd hold onto the prius for now.
