Burn me to a crisp in a cardboard box and spread my ashes out on the track at VIR. I had many days there with my track friends and have fond memories.

Cremate me, and use some of the ashes and make me into a diamond. The rest go to my family niche.

My youngest daughter (26) is a funeral director here in Atlanta, and while only in the biz for a few years, she's seen plenty of OMG moments with her 'clients' to convince me cremation is the most drama-free way to.....well, go.

I'll be roasted and my ashes divided amongst my garden, my pond and a cliff overlooking a glen in the forest where I live.
