Jackery vs Generac power station
With winter coming I'd like to get a battery power pack to keep the pellet stove running during the short power outages that we get (I have a gennie for the big outages).
Both Jackery and Generac offer nice 1000/2000 watt versions for reasonable cost. Unless I got the arithmetic wrong 1000 W at 120 V gives me 8 amps which is more than enough to run the stove for a couple of hours. But, I know nothing of Jackery. Anybody know this brand?

Don't know anything about them, but I saw a "Jackery" generator at Costco today. So if you decide on that brand, check it out there since the price and return policy would be good.

Jackery is sort of the Ralph Lauren of the battery packs.
