Spam.
The only thing to do, if you were curious is to log onto your PayPal via net (not link) and check your transactions. Likely to be spam where the spammer would like you to confirm the transaction via calling them or clicking on a link where they will then want to verify your identity (i.e., get all your info from you for future fraud). |

Paypal won't let me login anymore. The last few times I tried...they wouldn't recognize any of my security question answers. I gave up and decided to never use paypal again.

If paypal will not let you log on, that is a problem worth fixing. You should get on and make sure no accounts are linked.
If any of the personal info in the first post is true, you should delete it. DO NOT CLICK ON LINKS IN EMAILS!!!!!!
