Wow, impressive. I was sitting there thinking, "dude, I wouldn't feel safe where you're filming from." Eventually he/she thought the same, so they went inside and resumed from behind a window. Yep, that's probably much, much safer.

I experienced a rockfall in Yosemite in the wee hours of the night. Couldn’t see it but we sure heard it. Most of Curry Village ran towards the parking lot. Every old guy thereended up in the bathrooms to pee .

That looked like a temporary type bridge, a Bailey Bridge or Maybee Bridge

Wow!

Once in the Sierras, I saw a rock fall. It was the size of a couple of large buses & became dislodged near the top of a steep ridge at about 12K+ ft. altitude. It was about an eighth of a mile from me. Reminded me you can always be in the wrong place at the wrong time. It was so big, it more slid & hardly tumbled & didn't go too far. It made noise, but surprisingly little.

Smart move, getting behind that impenetrable motel window glass.

I hope no one was hurt.

I have never seen that type of event in the real world. Fascinating.

The amount of energy in the rocks is really impressive. I geeked out a little bit looking for the math.
