at least it was violent hiccups at the front end and not the back end.

Sweating, no surprise. Trouble breathing, your body is trying to tell you, "WTF, dude! Cut that sheisse out!"

I find that I do better when I listen to what my body is telling me.

Sugar or bread is supposed to reduce the effects. Not sure about the milk thing.

Put the dried ones in oil or water, and then crush in mortar and pestle?

my wife dose ghost and habaneros too.
she makes salt out of the ghost ones.
they about killed her just from the fumes.
last time she looked like she was going into a nuclear reactor room with the goggles, gloves, mask and all. and they still got to her.
its from when she blends them up I think .

the stuff she makes with the habaneros is awesome. not that after she cooks them down.
great on meat.
