Big bad hurricane Fiona heading right straight for my house
Billed to be a nasty storm, I hate hurricane season. I guess we're not the only ones getting nasty weather

The tracking maps are looking to be headed straight at you...hopefully it diminishes before that.

All I've got for hurricanes. I greatly prefer earthquakes, but the idea of an earthquake freaks out the Gulf Coast crowd.

Wow that is a rare event that a hurricane makes it to Canada. Stock up on some canned foods, non perishable items, make sure you have water and batteries, charge your phones and tablets just in case you still have internet, bring in anything that can be blown around and if you live near the coastline, probably wouldn't hurt to board up some windows. Batten down the hatches and good luck!!!

I was thinking about you the other day when I was testing the generator and filling up another gas can. The storm is supposed to go over the other end of the province but sometimes the forecasters are wrong (Imagine that!) Keeping my fingers crossed for you. Stay safe. Les

Good luck. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best. All coastal states and islands hate hurricanes. They are part of the price of living by the ocean.

Only two choices: hunker down and stay or get out to safer area until it passes . Both have merit . Good luck and be safe .
