Flatbutt and I both thought the same thing. The ad' gave me the giggles a little. I might have enjoyed it more if a SC started growling in someone's garage, but that's just me.

I guess you need to be a dog owner to appreciate the ad. But that's a good thing. Dog owners tend to be in the richer demographics.

Back in the 60's when we saw Corvettes at stop lights revving up next to no one, the "small penis syndrome" came alive. Some how, this commercial made me think its back!!!!

I was visiting the factory in Germany and they had a lot of activity developing the new cars. When I got back, there was a box from Porsche with a VHS tape. First add that ever made me feel like I had to go the dealership and put an order.

It must be frustrating when you buy a Porsche SUV while dreaming of a real sports car
All I got was the feeling of this guy's buyers remorse, he should of got the sports car Porsche.
And all the engine sounds were lame typical slow throttle response modern sounds.

first of all.. free revving is never going to get you the good sound and most cars revving in the vid didn't sound that great at all anyway.

even that Cayman in the video it's a stock 987 and mine was so quiet the belt whine behind my ear was irritating, it only started sounding right with the Carnewal GT mod to the muffler and the 2 in 2 out tips.

But essentially , the great sound is not when doing some lame as revblipping with yer clutch in.. to what, 4000rpm?? that's mickey mouse chit , seriously..

And since when do Pepperwagons have an engine that relates to any of the Porsche racing history??

lame commercial all around, Porsches need to be driven to enjoy.. not parked.

They could of fast forwarded the audio on some of those slow revs.

Better Throttle response in my race car. Comparing engine response not sound.
No nannys, no fuel injection, only 550hp with a 7 inch diameter clutch.
