i hate myself right now.

i missed breakfast and only ate half of a tiny falafel wrap for dinner last night. i was ravenous..but work prevailed and i kept my head down and worked.

lunch time, i got a pastrami sandwich. i just ate and ate. i am a stuffed like a tick. oh boy. i hate being hangry. i should put some food bars in my desk. or pause and take a long drink of water.

argh..nappy time.

As I have aged I realized that over eating is extremely unwise...and uncomfortable. Neither am I able to tolerate even a decent sized meal late in the evening.

I used to go to Katz Deli once a week and get a Pastrami on Rye w/mustard.. a plate of pickles and Dr Browns Cel-Ray... or something...

N0 way could I do that now...

In the past I 've gotten samiches at the Carnegie Deli NYC. Just one of those suckers fed me twice, three times if I added sides.

this is my favorite meal at my favorite place. was there before the stones show 2019. gobbled it down no problem. i’d kill for that right now. i see they ship but i can’t imagine it’s anywhere near as good
