How could this happen? According to a recent post in PARF, they should be out there shooting people and slashing tires.

Shouldn't surprise anyone there are plenty of great police officers out there .

Very True, there have been more than a few stories locally where officers went beyond the call of duty and really did positive things in the community. One was a lady was *****ing about kids making too much noise playing ball in the street, called the police on them. Well when the officer showed up and saw what was going on, he joined the kids in the game.
