Good Tires? Great Tires!!!

I bought these for my daughter's 2012 Honda Civic yesterday. Pirelli P4 All Season!!! I have a set of these same tires on our Nissan Quest and they have been the very best tires I have ever had. They are very smooth and quiet.
Anyone else have these tires and how have they been for you?

What are the best tires you have ever had?

All I want in a passenger car tire is quiet/no road noise and good in the rain.

Only tires that I look forward to buying again are the 10 ply bias ply tires on the enclosed car trailer and the bias ply slicks on my race cars.

Years ago, I bought a set of four Perelli P Zero slicks ($1,600!!!) and just had my 930 aligned and corner weighted. Driving at the VIR that weekend was the most awesome set up and fun I ever had. The 930 felt amazing

I am really enjoying the Michelin's I put on our CR-V. They are quiet and ride nicely compared to what came on it. So far they're wearing well too so I doubt I'll live long enough to have to replace them again. The Goodyears I put on my Honda Accord aren't too bad either. I really should drive that car more.

I use similar Pirellis on the XJ6 and they are the best. Pirelli likes to discontinue models frequently so if you have older serviceable tires and destroy one you are buying 2 or 4 to replace one.

P4s on the wife's Golf Sportwagon. Funny they tend to chirp when she steps on the throttle
Good tires
Best

Big fan of the KO2’s for my land cruiser.

They do a different job.

I have had great luck with Nexen tires. I have had one set of 4 on the 944 since 2006. It was a DD then, now it sits, but the tires are all up, no side wall cracking. I won't trust them though, too old now.

I put a set of Nexen on her MDX 5 months ago, no problems so far. I really like the Michelin Defenders on the 2000 Camry. The 2004 TL has Yokahama tires, nail and screw magnets, nothing but issues.

The Land Cruiser did not like BFG's A/T 31x10.5 R15, the sidewalls were cracking, and tread wear was cupping after 2 years, never again. In fact all of our L/C's had the same issue with BFG A/T's. Maybe the KO2's will fair better.

Michelin Primacy Touring A/S - really comfortable, quiet, great wet traction.

Toyo Proxes RA1 on my old 911. Straight from the street to the track after bleeding off some pressure. Too bad they don't make them in larger sizes

I like to try different tires each time I buy.

Best I've had will vary with the car.
My fav on the Jag has been Continental DWS 06's.
But I would not put them on my Vette.
Have never had Michelins, and I expect the 'Vette will get something from then next.

The 944's, favorite tire I ever put on them was Kumho Ecsta's.
