You are apparently upset with the behavior of the judge. I trust you realize that was in the judge's chambers, not in front of the jury. What was it you found disappointing?

Do you have an opinion regarding the behavior of the attorney? What happened previously, there was a reference made to prior testimony, had this guy been acting up?

And you post 1 link of 1 judge, that to me seems to be a poor example of anything.
Because clearly the lawyer is showing attitude to the judge, which well, is not a good idea. You have to respect the institute, represented by that judge.

Rolling your eyes when the judge says something is never going to work in any kind of court.
And he probably could have gotten slapped with a contempt of court if he was in front of a less forgiving judge was already having a bad day..

So what else are you missing?
an understanding of court proceedings?
a valid point?

You were not unclear in the least. I will correct you in that lawyers are full of themselves. The judge made it clear that is the "Sperior Court" so he is the Superior full of himself lawyer. Them we have the Suprme's full of themselves lawyers above those.

So yes you are right. He is letting the the generl lawyer know he is Supreme.

It seems that they (not all, but plenty of them) are either trying to put on some sort of crappy theater performance at the expense of everyone or have always secretly aspired to be insufferable.

They are lawyers. I once observed a trial, the defense attorney during a break stated how he took acting classes to enhance his performance. I have said it before I will say it again. It's an industry laws and the courts are designed simply to direct money to the lawyers anyone that thinks differently is afool.

Politicians mostly lawyers make laws that benefit lawyers. The more laws there are the more lawys that are "broken". Broken laws require prosecutors and defense attorneys.

That lawyer was way out of line and he knew it. There’s nothing that judge did that hasn’t been done 1000 times before, nor was it wrong.

That attorney was acting like a medical student talking trash to the attending. How would an attending physician talk to a medical student or a doctor who had been a resident a week who was acting like that? I say they would be orders of magnitude worse, especially if it was a neurosurgeon or a thoracic surgeon.

What happened previously, there was a reference made to prior testimony, had this guy been acting up?
