Shaun, sorry but I'm skeptical. It's about 6 or 7 miles by highway from the arena to the tunnel. Probably much more if walking on local streets. Then the tunnel itself never allowed (or had) pedestrian access. So how did you manage?

The short version
Two high school kids from western MA took a train down to Manhattan for the Pros & Cons of Hitchhiking in the Meadowlands. Took a bus to the Meadowlands. We knew there was no bus back but were sure there would be cabs. Concert ends at midnight. No cabs. We start walking on the highway back. See a Hilton after a while, go down to that, two call girls outside the front door in amazing Jersey girl hair splendor, $150 a night. We decide to keep walking. Get to the tunnel and just walked in. Midway through we started to feel lightheaded from the exhaust. Finally got out and made it to Penn Station at 3:20AM.
I used to tell his story a lot. Trying to remember it now, a lot is gone. Like I'm pretty sure we got chased by a bum but that's not as clear as the girls outside the Hilton. Will never forget them.
It is the story of my life. I just do things. And all the time.
The concert was mindblowingly amazing.
