The camper/ tow rig thread

Let's see your campers/ tow rigs-

I just put this rig together for general camping, car show towing etc... it's a 2006 Lance 915 on a 99 7.3 4x4 manual crew cab dually.

How does it ride? I bought an 02 7.3 for exactly this. Haven’t gotten the camper yet. I have thoughts and questions.

Wife says you can’t say camping and vacation in the same sentence.

2017 R-Pod. Nice and light, big enough for two (sleeps 4) and the only way to get the Wife to sleep outdoors.

Apparently bears and wolves are a big threat when sleeping outdoors in Germany (thanks Bros Grimm).

Behind the now gone 4 Runner, now towed with a F150 3.5 Ecoboost.

It rides really nice but the truck also has a larger spring pack in the rear so it's barely touching the overload springs with the camper in (approx 2500 lbs)

2015 Itasca Navion on a MB Sprinter chassis. We got this in Oct. 2020 after selling our home and waiting for our next home to be completed. We traveled 30 states and 20k miles over the next 6 months during the height of the pandemic. For 2 adults and one 70lb dog it worked out pretty great.

What is everyone seeing for prices since the COVID frenzy?
It appears there are parking lots full of trailers here waiting to be sold.

My wife's pride and joy. 2016 Lance 2185 towed with a 24 F150 Hybrid. The nice thing is the truck has the 7.2kw Propower generator.

Not all of the ones I have had, but here is since 2011....

This was great for a quick overnight get a way, much better when my kids were smaller.

1978 Westfalia

Bought this 2011 Keystone Raptor Toy Hauler new and it went everywhere with me until last year. We used this hard and it was great.

Here it is during the 2023 hunting season at about 9,500 feet. I had just gotten there so not set up yet.

Bought this used in February of '24 with 5,500 miles on it and saved $75K off the discounted price of a new one. 2023 Entegra Accolade XT built on a 4wd F550 with the 6.7L Powerstroke. Have put about 5,000 miles on it so far and the biggest change for me was switching from a towed rig to a SuperC. Already have a bunch of trips planned this year including taking it 1,800 miles one way to SPAC to see Phish this July. I have used the 4wd multiple times, it was the hunting rig this year and saw snow like my old one did.

^So awesome, have come close to buying an Airstream more than once. The killer for me is I would have to double pull or take another vehicle to pull the toys behind it.
