So to add to the insult, the funeral director sent out an unedited video, looks like one of the staff took with their cellphone. Couldn't hear the priest, could hear staff talking over, then they walked around, jumpy and unstable, and took video (from the cellphone) of the slideshows and digital pictures on the various tv screens. With a cell phone camera.

Really, couldn't frigging edit the video to include the slideshows instead?

The funeral home is simply way, way out of their league. I'm sorry this happened to you family. There are competent ways to handle this.

Wow, that's insane. Sometimes you wonder how people think some things are good ideas. Especially when I think you can save Zoom meetings.

Whomever was the admin of that Zoom call has the ability to drop people.. I get that if there are too many, then it would be hard.. Should have set up secondary screening to let people in.
