On this one. I just may cheat. Cut slight v grooves or slight shadow line on a piece of plywood with a router and a guide and call it the day. Once painted, only few people will notice.
Oh siht, stain grade, large crown and coffer ceilings? In a large city like this one, its getting extremely difficult to find people to install them. I haven't done one in over 10 years. They type of work dried up for us. Thankgoodness. Hell, most people don't even know what scribe is. A home owner ask me this about ten years ago, when I was installing his Mahogany library.
