Employer Tuition aid is back by Dolly Parton

Dolly is awesome
We named our dog Dolly Parton in homage, in hindsight it seems a little disrespectful but we did it in good faith.

I've said this before and will say it again, Dolly Parton should be some sort of national hero. The things she has done for Sevier County, TN and the wider East TN area is just amazing. People in East TN see this on a daily basis, but the wider US needs to understand how thoughtful and generous she is.
My daughter's high school theatre/chorus group recently performed a stage version of the movie "9 to 5". Dolly intended to come to it, but couldn't so she pre-recorded a message to the kids that played after the musical was over. She is just incredible.

More businesses should do this. It's a great way to keep an employee that is valuable. It makes the employee feel like they are valued by the company. And it helps to promote from within.

Read up son, she is a great lady, super talented too.
Her husband went to the same college I did, and she came with him occasionally to the homecoming game. Utterly charming. Should be some sort of national hero? She is national treasure.

Her books for kids program is enough on it's own to credibly call her a real life hero. She is amazingly generous and gracious, and does it all for what seem the right reasons. She is the last person to shout her accomplishments, which are many.
