The wife is doing her part, I guess
The mailman dropped off some packages today.
One of them is from Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. Something she ordered off eBay or Etsy or somewhere. So I guess their mail is still working, or was about a week ago. I don't know what she bought, a plant stand I think. Honestly, sometimes I think she doesn't look at the source or the shipping cost when she buys crap. Drives me nuts. |

I ordered a Christmas gift off of Amazon (from Kiev) in November of 2021
It was a detailed map on leather and framed of any coordinates you choose. Messaged back and forth numerous times re the details. (city, river and road markings) It arrived and I was stunned at how nice it turned out. The seller (in Ukraine) was very helpful. If anyone wants a link to his selling site...let me know.

She really doesn't have time to do that lately. Everything comes to the door. I'd say my mailman hates me, but there's a separate guy who delivers packages from the guy who delivers letters. Maybe there's a truck dedicated to my house, for as much as she buys sometimes.
I think I bought the last bath mat, I got sick of towels on the floor in the bathroom. She bought another plant stand somewhere, it was just sections of iron pipe, some caps, some elbows, and a tee. I think I could have bought the whole thing at Menards for about $10. Plants are the latest kick, a whole bunch of odd ones. |
