Hah! I glanced at the name of the seller - randomtime - and my first thought was ramonesfreak is selling his Espada!

Medium Silver looks really good on that car.

I think the Bora (https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1975-maserati-bora-4-9/) is a much better looking car, but that may just be me.

Do I remember the Urraco having build quality issues even beyond the usual Lamborghini build quality issues of the 80's/90's?

I think the build quality was typical for the period but Urraco was heavy and slow for the US imports. Still love them

The Urraco is a 70’s car. Build quality wasn’t that bad, the issues were mainly that Lamborghini was short on cash and they never made a huge number of any of their cars in that era. Ferrari was much the same way, and were a lot of parts from things like Fiats and many of the trim pieces were things you could make in your own garage. They look nice on the outside, but they are not as well engineered under the skin as mass produced cars.

If I were to get an Espada I'd want an outrageous color.

Got to check one out locally. Not sure what the official name of the colour was but eggplant might work. Very unique car for sure. |
