I'm guessing exactly 5 units will be built for NA market, and no ABS will mean they are off-road only, after special import permits.

I suspect that Toyota could easily adapt this to meet the regulations and needs of the North American and European markets, and offer lots of versions for different uses.
Imagine a real Toyota truck with 130hp and a true pickup bed for between 15 and 20 grand. There'd probably be a few takers.
